Engarland 2010 - Picnic in Ampthill

Sunday was picnic day! Auntie Laura and Uncle Tim came up from London, Laura had made very cute and yummy cupcakes! Tom came with Emily and William, little cuties! George took quite a fancy to Emily and was very willing to hold her hand to show her farmor's chickens...

Picnic food was delicious! Chris had prepared scotch eggs (my first ones, how good are they!) and sausage rolls, there were tuna and ham sandwiches, tomatoes from the garden, melon, pineapple and cherries. And Laura's cupcakes of course. What a feast!

And to complete the picnic there were of course the games... The run fastest between to posts; the run fastest backwards between two posts; The hop on one leg, the run on all fours, which George won but not by running on all fours...

We ended the day at the playground where Matt and Tom did the obstacle course... Hilarious! Tim filmed it, will try to see if I can get a hold of the film!
