Warapura, Lonely Beach

Back in Koh Chang, we stayed at the Warapura Resort, at Lonely Beach. Lonely Beach is a typical backpacker place, but luckily, the Warapura was a little step up from the average 'very-laid-back-worn-type-bungalows' that are the obvious backpacker choice accommodation. Been there, done that, is all I can say : )) Nevertheless, the place had a nice atmosphere and the beach was nice if a little far away.


We stayed one night in the 'sugar cube' on the right. Very cool and contemporary, but the lack of outdoor space (only a roof terrace) made us change. It's nice to be able to sit outside with a beer and a book if George is chilling inside the room.

The resort had a great restaurant, both food wise but also to just chill by the low tables or in the hammocks.
