The Shantaa Experience

Thought I'd try to post the rest of the selected Thailand pictures, starting with our stay at the lovely lovely Shantaa Resort, Koh Kood island. A beautiful little gem, sort of isolated on this picturesque island. Everything was considered, the gorgeous fabrics used for the cushions in the rooms, the beads hanging off the menus in the restaurant. This is where we rented a scooter and drove (slowly) to the almost empty Peter Pan beach (I think... lots of places had a 'Neverland' theme), had the best deepfried fish dish and a local speciality pork dish, which was to die for, and George had is first outdoor wee splash up against the 'tree' in our outdoor bathroom!
