Look at him, he's so tall! I just had to take a picture of him last night when I went in to check on him. Our big boy.
The everyday life of the Leach Squire household, happiness and mayhem combined.

"Mamma fikar"
This morning, I was sat looking through an old issue of 'Family Living' magazine, and there was a feature on Thailand hotels. George got really excited and pointed on the swimming pool and said:
"George och daddy swimming there" (Swenglish, oh yes)
and then he pointed at the actual hotel and said:
"och mamma fikar där" (and mummy's having coffee... 'fika' is the Swedish expression for a typical coffee break, at home or in a café. All Swedes looooves to fika!)

Playtime at Frank and Nora's
I was very pleased to learn that my old matey Hanna has moved to our neighborhood with her little family! Great stuff! So me and little Mr G went over to see them and check out their house and have coffee and kanelbullar! George loved the three-wheeler motorbike and the small little playhouse. Of course.

Easter pics
A little late... but, here's George painting a very nice egg for daddy in the morning! Mine was pink, perfectly politically correct...
And then some pics from the Sunday afternoon and the egg hunt with the big soap bubble finale which was enjoyed by the kids and us adults too!
Oh, and what about my cupcakes? Laura, the cake expert in the family, do you approve?

Great (Britain) Visit
Have had farmor Christine and Grandpa Chris here since Thursday, a great treat for us all and especially George of course who's getting full attention every minute!
We've had good help from Chris, moving all the stuff from our old loft storage on Friday evening (more boxes and stuff to unpack but it's all here now...), and taking a trip to the dump on Saturday morning as well as a trip to the building center to buy wood to make George a new bed and give us the last kitchen doors...
We've also had some great bonfires to get rid of a lot of the wood lying around. It's good to see the real outdoor space now that most of it is gone, as well as the snow! We'll be spending a lot of time outside I reckon!
Another great surprise visit came in the shape of my much lighter brother Per and mum (mormor Eva) who came to say hello on Friday night! Per looks like, and is, a new man (due to his big weight loss), but still got his big personality which I love so much. We're thankful for him being with us and that everything's gone so well.
On Sunday, me, George, Farmor and Chris went on a nice country side drive to Värmdö. Poor daddy Matt had to stay behind and work. Stopped off for a nice walk and coffee in sunny Vaxholm, and stopped at Siggesta Gård on the way home and had a couple of bargains at their flea market!
Tonight, mormor and uncle Per is babysitting Mr G, when the rest of us is off to see Mumford & Son's at Debaser! Yay!
